We've all seen the unfinished highway near the Cape Town harbour that's been around for decades. The City of Cape Town is in the process of finding a solution. Take a look at the 6 six proposals that have been received by the City for the Foreshore freeway precinct. The City made a proposal to the private sector to submit ideas on the development of the precinct. This, on the condition that developers are able to resolve traffic flow, congestion, and access as well as provide affordable housing.
