Rosebank welcomes South Africa's first Perch Co-Working Space

Perch Rosebank is accessible to a membership community who subscribe on a monthly basis, and it is also open to walk-ins through day passes and week passes. The membership costs R3,200 per month, while day and weekly passes are R250 and R1,000 respectively. The premises are open five days a week, from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm and include high speed Wi-Fi, office services like printing, locker facilities and ample parking space. Users of Perch Rosebank will have access to hideaway private workspaces, state of the art meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities. In time, biometric access will allow for members to use the premises for up to 24 hours a day, including weekends.
